Overview

Built for site walk-throughs, inspections and lone-worker checks: one button starts and stops recording, and the clip loops onto a carabiner or lanyard so it is in your hand when something happens. The body is an unbranded shell, and the record LED stays visible while the unit runs.

Wearable, and it lasts a shift

The badge recorder is comfortable and the magnet is strong. A full 12-hour shift on one charge.

Clock is a good choice

The WiFi clock is the first to sync; clips are easy to retrieve. The finish is better than the photo.

Does what it says on the box

The mini body camera is the size we needed. Local storage means no subscription, which was the point.

Questions about this product

Still unsure? Ask us
Why do you ask for a lawful-use confirmation?

Because in most jurisdictions the device is legal to own but the use must be lawful. The confirmation is a record that you read the policy; it goes into the quote email.

Do these units have a visible indicator?

Yes. Every unit has a status LED that stays lit while it records. We deliberately do not sell units with the LED disabled, or units disguised as everyday objects.

How long does the battery last?

Per unit in the spec table, typically a full day of recording on a single charge. All units can be powered continuously for 24/7 use.

Do these units need Wi-Fi or an app?

Most do not: the card-based recorders have no radio at all, so there is nothing to pair, no account to create and no way for anyone to reach the footage over a network. Models that do support Wi-Fi say so in their specification table, and every unit records to local storage first regardless.

Can someone tell the camera is there?

The units are compact but not hidden: the LED and the recording duration are visible up close. That is the point of the legal-use policy.
